20 held for organising cricket-betting

Kadapa: In separate incidents, Mydukur cops arrested 20 persons on Friday for organising cricket-betting and recovered Rs 1.3 lakh cash and 4 mobile phones from them.

Mydukur DSP B Srinivasulu has informed the media, the cops on a tip off conducted raids at several places in Khajipet and Duvvur mandals and arrested the accused while they are conducting betting on the ongoing IPL cricket matches.
