Consul General of Belgium visits Sri City

Tirupati: The Consul General of the Kingdom of Belgium in Chennai Mark Van De Vreken accompanied by Trade & Investment Commissioner for Brussels Jean-François Aernouts visited Sri City on Tuesday.  

President of Sri City foundation Ramesh Subramaniam extended a warm welcome and briefed them on the salient features of the mega industrial park and the available investment opportunities and highlighted the specific advantages of doing business in Sri City.  

Speaking after the tour of Sri City, Mark Van De Vreken termed the visit as very inspiring. The Vermeiren company producing high-end wheelchairs pioneered the Belgian presence in Sri City, he said. He hoped more companies will follow their example.
