ACB court notice to YSRC MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy

Guntur: Anti-Corruption Bureau court issued a notice to Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy under the Section 160 of the IPC to attend before the court in a case related to disproportionate assets of DSP Duraga Prasad. 

According to sources, the court is of the opinion that the MLA Ramaktidhna Reddy is the benami of DSP Durga Prasad who was the accused in disproportionate assets case. Speaking to the Hans India, Ramakrishna said that the ACB court had asked him to attend before it as a witness.

Maintaining that he had purchased land from the accused DSP’s father-in-law, he wondered how an MLA could be the benami to DSP. He said he would attend ACB court on May 22 and later he would disclose the facts .

He said he had filed so many cases against the TDP government and that is why the TDP government was harassing him.
