SVIMS in India’s top 100 medical varsities list

Tirupati: Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) has got another distinction by securing a place in 100 best medical universities in the country.

Noted magazine ‘Career 360’ has conducted a survey to give these rankings in which SVIMS got AAA rating with 31st rank in the country and 2nd place in the State. The Director and Vice-Chancellor of SVIMS Dr TS Ravikumar has congratulated the faculty on this distinction.

He said, “We have set top goals and working hard towards reaching them which has been giving fruitful results and the present ranking was a step in that direction. We should not stop with this as there is a lot ahead to do and secure a place in top 10 universities in the country”.

The institute has been getting resources from various research institutes of high esteem in the world and contributing good research work from here, said the Deputy Registrar Dr M Yerrama Reddy.
