Nellore: District Collector R Mutyala Raju directed the officials to complete transfers by end of this month in a transparent manner. He reviewed with officials at his camp office on Saturday and said transfers should be done only with permission from the Heads of Departments.

The Collector said they had received guidelines from the government on transfers and said no transfer should be done violating the basic guidelines. Since this is election year, pressure will be there on all departments for favours and transfers should be done with directions of the HoDs only, he stated.
