‘Democracy wins in Karnataka’

Srikakulam: Democracy won in Karnataka state with the intervention of Supreme Court, said TDP HRD wing director Kalisetti Appalanaidu. In a press conference here on Saturday, he lamented BJP national president Amit Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s efforts to hold power in Karnataka in an unethical and illegal way were foiled with the apex court’s directions. 

B S  Yeddyurappa resigned to his Karnataka Chief Minister’s post ahead of floor test as BJP failed to get requisite numbers, he said.
