Amaravati: The Certificate-Less Governance System (CLGS), which aims to completely abolish the physical certificate, is ready for onboarding, officials informed Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu during a review meeting on e-Pragati at the Secretariat on Tuesday.

Officials presented the functional view of License Management System, which integrates the application and licence-issuing processes on the portal.

The system will include 106 types of licences, using the entity hub architecture and will schedule inspections based on risk assessment framework using QR codes, digital watermark and digital signatures on statements. The pilot project for LMS is currently in progress.

Naidu said that all departments must make timelines and cooperate with e-Pragati to ensure faster integration and digital transformation. In the meeting, he reviewed the departments including education, primary sector, panchayat raj, roads & buildings, municipal administration and urban development and industries.

Other parts of the core platform ready for onboarding are AP One Portal (for the departments, transport, education, agriculture and RERA), App Store (apps for nine departments) and e-Highways.

RTG (Real Time Governance) CEO Ahmed Babu said that data integration with Praja Sadhikara Survey is in progress, and data encryption is under progress.

Camera analytics for 150 cameras will be presented on Monday, he added. He also said that many decisions have been finalised regarding the operation of cloud-based virtual classrooms, in coordination with the education department. These include content management, organisation of classes and teaching lessons from district studios.
