YSRCP MPs get a call from Speaker's office

In a significant development, the speaker’s office has called the YSRCP MPs who resigned their posts on the issue of special category status for Andhra Pradesh. 

The speaker’s office asked them to meet Speaker Sumitra Mahajan on May 29. Meanwhile, YSRCP MP Midhun Reddy said there was no question of going back on their resignations. 

He said all the MPs, who have resigned, will go to the people and sensitise them about their stand. He exuded confidence that he and all other YSRCP MPs will win the bypolls, if and when they are held.
