Deekshitulu acting on behalf of BJP, YSRCP, alleges Minister
Visakhapatnam: HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao strongly objected to TTD’s former chief priest Ramana Deekshitulu’s allegations. Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, he said Deekshitulu was acting on behalf of BJP and YSRCP.
While releasing Ramana Deekshitulu’s meeting pictures with BJP national president Amit Shah and also showing pictures of former Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy displayed at the former chief priest’s residence, Ganta questioned if Ramana Deekshitulu was a devotee of Lord Venkateswara or devotee of YS Rajasekhara Reddy?
He said all the allegations made by Ramana Deekshitulu were baseless and he was pelting stones after colluding with the BJP and YSRCP. Both the parties have been trying to create confusion among the people, he alleged.
Ganta alleged that unable to digest the success of the second edition of Dharma Poratam held at AU Engineering College Grounds on Tuesday night, the YSRCP leaders proposed to clean the venue. He said the TDP would never allow such cheap politics.
Talking about the Dharma Poratam against the BJP and YSRCP, the Minister said that there was a massive response from the people and they understood how the BJP and YSRCP were cheating the State.
The massive success of the Dharma Poratam meeting in Visakhapatnam further boosted the morale of the party cadre and sent a perfect message that no political party in the State can stand against the TDP, the Minister said.
