TDP MLA Sivaji issues legal notice to Pawan Kalyan

Srikakulam: Taking a serious exception to allegations by Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan against him and his family members during his tour in the constituency, Palasa TDP MLA GSS Sivaji issued a legal notice to him on Wednesday. 

Pawan Kalyan made allegations against the MLA, his father and his daughter and TDP district president G Sirisha and son-in-law Venkanna Chowdari on Tuesday. 

On Wednesday, addressing a press conference in Palasa, Sivaji, his daughter and son-in-law said they had issued a legal notice to Pawan. They demanded that Pawan prove his allegations against their family members otherwise he has to face the music in a court of law on charges of defamation. 

“As a founder of a party, he has to check facts before making allegations against anyone in open. But it seems that he has no such common sense and maturity,” they said.  

They said some leaders who were thrown out of TDP may be instigating Pawan Kalyan but he has the responsibility of verifying the facts before levelling charges against a responsible MLA and a reputed family in the district.
