Two inter-state cricket bookies arrested

Kadapa: The police arrested two inter-state bookies on the charges of involving in cricket booking related to ongoing Indian Premier League(IPL) matches and seized Rs 12 lakh cash,  ganja worth Rs 13 lakh and 3 mobile phones from them on Wednesday.

The accused were identified as Yellala Mahammodh Gouse and Mangapatnam Sheik Abid Hussain.  Thepolice arrested the accused based on the tip-off given by the residents, said city DSP SK Masum Basha.
