Jagan, Pawan colluded with BJP, alleges Atchannaidu
Chittoor: Ministers Atchannaidu and Amaranatha Reddy have attended the Mini Mahanadu organised at PLR Kalynanamandapam here on Thursday. They launched the programme by lighting the lamp.
Addressing the party workers, Atchannaidu has exuded the confidence of TDP coming to power in 2019 under the leadership of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. He stated that the TD government has made relentless efforts to achieve Special Category Status (SCS) to Andhra Pradesh. He slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for deceiving the people of the State by denying special status.
The Minister flayed Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan for blaming the Chief Minister for not securing SCS when he was present in the election meeting in Tirupati in which Narendra Modi made a promise to AP people of granting special tag.
Atchannaidu has alleged that the YSRCP President YS Jaganmohan Reddy and Pawan Kalyan have colluded with the BJP and criticising the ruling government. He stated that the TDP will win all the 14 Assembly constituencies in Chittoor district in the next general elections.
Another Minister Amaranatha Reddy has enlisted the achievements of the TD government in the last four years. He appreciated the Chief Minister for striving hard to uplift poor and weaker sections of the society. The Mini Mahanadu passed a resolution intensifying the agitation for special status. Earlier, Home Minister N Chinna Rajappa has attended the Mini Mahanadu and left early to attend official programmes.
Chittoor MP Dr N Sivaprasad, former Minister and MLA B Gopalakrishna Reddy, former Union Minister Sai Pratap, MLAs D A Satyaprabha, Suguna and Sankar, ZP Chairperson Girvani and other leaders were present. TDP district president P Nani has made arrangements for the Mini Mahanadu.
