Houses to be allotted in rural areas

Rajamahendravaram: Sub-Collector CM Saikanth Varma has said that pensions will be sanctioned to all eligible beneficiaries in the division in a phased manner and advised the people to apply for pensions, if they did not apply so far.

Receiving petitions from the people in Prajavani programme at his office here on Monday, he said the government was very much particular to sanction benefits under all welfare schemes. 

Many were asking for houses, ration cards and pensions. Houses would be allotted in rural area as there was no place in urban area.

The officials were directed to clear the applications received in Prajavani programme as early as possible as Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu was keen to extend benefits under welfare schemes, he added.
