Prakasam district team bags power-lifting championship

Ongole:  Prakasam district team won the championship in the Andhra Pradesh State Sub-Junior and Masters’ Power-Lifting competitions held in Visakhapatnam on May 26 and 27.

The team got gold medals in 66-kg category (G Christian), 83-kg category (Sravan) and 120-kg category (Praadhaan) in the men’s category and Dwaraka got gold medal in the 72-kg category in girls’ section. 

The team also got four silver medals – three in men’s category and one in girls category.
