Technical snag hampers EAMCET counselling

Vijayawada: The EAMCET counselling started here on Monday. 

Two helpline centres were set up, one each at SRR College and Andhra Loyola College to guide the students. 

Due to technical snag, online certification process did not start till 1 pm. 

The students were in a state of anxiety and rushed from one helpline centre to the other.

Kavitha, a student from Vijayawada said that they had paid the processing fee for the certificate verification and the process was not started as expected.

Due to technical snag the students along with the parents had a tough time shuttling between the two centres. 

The parents alleged that the helpline centre staff had lacked minimum knowledge of the EAMCET counselling procedure.
