Chief of Naval Staff arrives in Vizag

Visakhapatnam: Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Sunil Lanba accompanied by Reena Lanba, president of Navy Wives Welfare Association (NWWA), arrived here on a three-day visit to the ENC, on Monday. The CNS was received by Vice-Admiral Karambir Singh, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Eastern Naval Command (ENC) at INS Dega.  

The Chief of Naval Staff held intensive discussions and reviewed operational readiness and plans of the Indian Navy at a review meeting attended by Vice Admiral Girish Luthra, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Western Naval Command, Vice Admiral Bimal Kumar Verma and other officials.
