PBS student selected for swimming competition

Vijayawada: PB Siddhartha Arts and Science College principal Dr M Ramesh on Tuesday announced that their student K Yuva Raj was selected for the national swimming competition which would be held at Pune in June. 

He said that Yuva Raj won medals at the two-day state-level swimming competition held at Visakhapatnam on May 27 and 28.

The principal said that Yuva Raj participated in the swimming competition and had won gold medals in 100 and 200 meters back stroke. 

Yuva Raj also won silver medal in 50 meters back stroke and silver medals in 50 and 100 meters free style swimming competition.

The college director, V Babu Rao, dean Rajesh, physical director Dr S Srinivas Rao and others congratulated Yuvaraju for his achievement.
