Chandrababu Naidu hails Kuppam leaders’ services to party
Amaravati: A day after completing the Mahanadu, TDP president and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu interacted with the party cadre came from his own constituency Kuppam in Chittoor district on Wednesday and stated that despite completing 98 promises out of the announced 100, the Opposition leaders are highlighting the remaining two to create negative feeling towards party among public.
He said the TDP government fulfilled all the poll promises and implemented 38 programmesother than poll promises. The party’s win in 2019 general elections would be a historic necessity, Naidu said added unless TDP wins, the development of the state will go back for at least ten years.Appraising the efforts of Kuppam and Chittoor district public for electing TDP from last thirty years, Naidu said that he would never forget their service to the party.
Naidu explained various welfare schemes being implemented in the state by the TDP government and asked them to create awareness among public on these schemes and programmes. He hoped that at least 35 lakh-employment would be generated in the state, thanks to the Memorandum of Understandings entered with various national and global corporate companies from last four years. The state government entered more than 2,500 MoUs, encouraging investments worth Rs 16 lakh crore in the state.
