NSM Public School achieves 100 pc results

Vijayawada: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, announced Class X results on May 28. The students of NSM Public School performed well at All India level, said school principal Brother Lawrence D'Souza.

The public school achieved hundred per cent results, he stated in a statement here on Tuesday. He said that about 236 students appeared for CBSE Class X examination this year. He said that out of 500 marks, K Jyothika with 488 stood school first, Kumbhi Mishra with 485 secured second place and G Sri Lasya with 483 bagged third place.

He said that 46 students secured more than 90 per cent marks, 107 students secured marks between 75 and 89.9 per cent, 65 students secured marks between 60 and 74.9 per cent and 18 students secured marks between 45 and 59.9 percent, said the principal. The principal congratulated the students for their performance and also congratulated the teachers and parents on the occasion.
