Vijayawada: Amaravati Accredited Journalists Mutually Aided Cooperative Housing Building Society has been formed to provide affordable flats to the journalists in Amaravati, the upcoming capital of Andhra Pradesh, Chava Ravi, secretary of the society said in a statement here on Wednesday. He said that the journalists, who have accreditation for the past two years, are eligible for the allotment of flats.
The accredited journalists need to become members of society, he said and added that they could obtain application forms from the society office on Seshadri Sastry street opposite Andhra Hospitals by paying Rs 100 and submit the forms, along with two photographs, photo copies of accreditation and resident proof by June 21.
