CPI to stage dharnas at mandal headquarters

Eluru: G Obulesu, State Secretariat member, Communist Party of India (CPI) has criticised that the State and Central governments have failed in all fronts during the four years rule.

He addressed the district CPI council meeting held here on Friday. CPI district Executive Committee member Boddani Nagaraju presided over the meeting.

Speaking as Chief Guest, Obulesu said that following the demonetisation and implementation of GST, the people in the country were still facing problems.

The BJP had ridiculed the democracy with its ‘communal rule’ in the country. He lamented Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for diverting the people’s attention by giving false statements.

District CPI secretary Dega Prabhakar said that the CPI would stage dharnas at mandal headquarters on June 18, demanding that the government solve the house site problems of the people.

CPI State Control Commission Chairman Nekkanti Subbarao, Assitant Secretaries Bandi Venkateswara Rao, Konala Bhimarao, State Council members Reka Bhaskar Rao, Md Muneer, M Sitaram Prasad, G Sarada, U Hemachander, M Venkatacharyulu addressed the meeting.
