Factories dept official in ACB net

Guntur: Anti-Corruption Bureau officials nabbed Deputy Chief Inspector  of Factories K Kesavulu while he was accepting a bribe of Rs 50,000 at his office at Ashoknagar in Guntur city for doing a favour to a cold storage unit located near Sattenapalli.

According to ACB officials, G Venkeswarulupossesses Sri Vigneswara Cold Storage unit near Sattenapalli. An unidentified person died in the cold storage unit a few days ago. Kesavulu directed the cold storage owner to pay  compensation to the family members of the deceased person. 

Kesavuludemanded Rs.50,000 bribe to avoid payment of compensation. Vexed with the attitude of Kesuvulu, the cold storage unit owner Venkateswarulu complained to the ACB officials. The ACB officials caught Kesavulu while he was accepting the bribe and booked case against him.
