In the coming seasons, the exports will boost up and be expecting good returns, thanks to the Horticulture Department,” Sri Harsha, mango exporter of Vizianagaram, told The Hans India. The Integrated Pack House (IPH) is taking every bit of responsibility to ensure export quality by checking weight, preparation of trim sort grade, clean, wash, dry, quality check, packing and precool, naming of the maker and timely lifting of the product.

“Panukulamanu variety is a very safe horticulture crop. In terms of tonnage, quality, early ripening and less sweetness with good taste, the variety has been accepted well by the foreigners. “With the help of the IPH, the mango farmers will get good revenues in the coming seasons,” Deputy Director (Fruits) of Department of Horticulture P Hanumantha Rao told The Hans India.
