Oppn creating hurdles in development: Badeti
Eluru: West Godavari District Collector K Bhaskar called upon the people to unite and work with commitment for the all-round development of the state.
He participated in the Nava Nirmana Deeksha programme here on Saturday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Collector said that every programme that was taken up by the government should reach the people and the officials should act with commitment to reach the target of the government.
He said that the Nava Nirmana Deeksha programme will be conducted from June 2 to June 8 in the district.
Denduluru MLA and Government Whip Chintamaneni Prabhakar said that everyone should strive for the construction of Swarnandhra Pradesh.
He said that the state is developing under the leadership of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu though the government was face financial hurdles. The Chief Minister has been spending crores of rupees for the welfare of the people, he said.
Eluru MLA Badeti Kota Rama Rao said the opposition parties are creating hurdles for the state’s development and making allegations against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
However, he claimed that people are believing such allegations. He said under the stewardship of Chandrababu Naidu, West Godavari district has developed in all aspects.
Eluru MP Maganti Venkateswara Rao (Babu), MLC Ramu Surya Rao, Mayor Sheikh Noorjahan, District SP M Ravi Prakash, Joint Collector M Venugopal Reddy, AP Handicrafts Development Corporation Chairman P Prasad participated in the programme.
Earlier, the District Collector flagged off a rally from Police Parade grounds in which officials of the various departments participated.
