Summer coaching camp concludes
Visakhapatnam: Over 200 schoolchildren took part in the month-long annual summer coaching camp held by the Women’s Welfare Organisation, Waltair Division.
President of East Coast Railway Women’s Welfare Organisation, Sanjeela Mathur participated in concluding programme at the Railway Club here on Sunday. The camp was conducted in guitar,chess, drawing, self-defence, dance and vocal (classical).
Speaking on the occasion, Sanjeela Mathur said the summer camp was designed to inculcate sportiveness among the schoolchildren and to re-energise them.
The winners of various events were given prizes and the participants were given certificates by chief guest Mukul Saran Mathur, Divisional Railway Manager.
Speaking on the occasion, Mathur said that the main aim of this summer camp was to engage children in sports and art and to make them refresh apart from their regular academic schedule.
