Three killed as private bus collides with car

Badvel (Kadapa ) Three people were killed in a ghastly road accident  which occurred at Nandi Palli village of Badvel mandal on National Highway-67 when a private travels bus collided with a  car near Dodla Dairy, 10 km away from Badvel town in the wee hours of Tuesday.  

The deceased were identified as Karanam Babu alias Raghava Sarma (52), Jaladi Babu (35) and Jalagam Palem Raju (40) of Pudivada village of Repalle Mandal in Gunturu district.  

According to the Mydukuru Circle Inspector Hanumantha Naik, the private travels bus, which was going to Pulivendula from Vijayawada, collided with the car going to Guntur from Bengaluru. Karanam Babu and Jaladi Babu died on the spot, while J Palem Raju died while undergoing treatment at Badvel Areas hospital.  A case has been registered by Badvel police.
