Lawyers want Naidu to fulfil all Promises

Rajamahendravaram: Indian Lawyers Association state president Muppalla Subba Rao demanded that Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu implement the promises made to the advocate fraternity without ant delay.
Speaking to reporters here on Sunday, he said the government fulfilled only a few promises and the remaining assurances such as Rs. 5,000 monthly stipend to BC, SC/ST advocates and Rs. 150 crore welfare fund to lawyers remain unfulfilled.
After four years of agitations, at last Naidu announced some sops on Saturday, he said.
The advocates would fight united until the government fulfills all its promises, he warned and thanked the Chief Minister for addressing some of their demands.
