Sri Venkateswara museum to get a facelift soon-JEO KS Sreenivasa Raju
Tirupati : The Sri Venkateswara museum in Tirumala will get a new look soon to attract more number of devotees, said Tirumala JEO KS Sreenivasa Raju.
Speaking to media persons after the senior officers review meeting at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Tuesday, the JEO said, the lighting will be improved soon in the museum to give it more attractive look.
He said, ``An auditorium with 150-200 seating capacity will also be constructed in the premises. We are contemplating to show a 20-minute documentary on Lord Venkateswara temple in Tirumala and its environs for better information of the pilgrims So when the devotee enters into the sanctum he could be able to have darshan of Lord with more clarity, he felt.
Earlier during the coordination meeting, the JEO reviewed on various pending works related to different departments and instructed the concerned to complete the works within the stipulated time.
Later the JEO complimented the Vigilance and Security wing of TTD for their extraordinary services in manning pilgrim crowd during summer vacation. "Unprecedented turn out of pilgrims has been witnessed this year and our Vigilance and Security sleuths did a great job", he said.
CE Chandrasekhar Reddy, CVSO In-charge Venkata Siva Kumar Reddy, SE 2 Ramachandra Reddy, GM Sesha Reddy, DyEOs Sri Harindranath, Balaji, Vijayasaradhi, Sreedhar and other senior officers were present.
