World Blood Donors Day at SVIMS tomorrow

Tirupati: SVIMS blood bank will organise World Blood Donors day – 2018 at its Sri Padmavathi auditorium on June 14. The theme for this year Blood donors day is “Be there for someone else. Give Blood - share life”.

SVIMS Director cum Vice Chancellor Dr TS Ravikumar will inaugurate the programme and Blood bank HoD Dr Sridhar Babu will preside the meeting. District Additional DM&HO (A&L) Dr Aruna Sulochana Devi will explain the importance of blood donation. Certificates will be issued to volunteers who conducted blood donation camps and voluntary blood donors.
