Vijaya Dairy employees pour out their woes to Jagan

Rajamahendravaram: YSRCP president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy's second-day Praja Sankalpa Yatra in East Godavari district commenced from ILTD junction here on Wednesday.

The yatra passed through Sambhu Nagar, Alcot gardens, Narasimha Nagar, Dowleswaram and Bobbarlanka, where he halts for night stay. During his yatra, many people gave representations over their problems. Vijaya Dairy Milk employees met Jaganmohan Reddy at Dowleswaram and submitted a representation asking him to sort out their problems. 

They alleged that the employees were facing problems due to funds crunch and the government was not initiating steps to address their problems. The government also stopped recruitment in the dairy and the milk production was also come down drastically, they said. The employees appealed to Jagan to bring past glory to the dairy.

Vaddera Association members also submitted a memorandum to Jagan alleging that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu not included them in SCs as assured earlier. They asked him to sort out this problem if he comes into power. At Sir Arthur Cotton Barrage, irrigation department employees also poured out their grievances and said the work pressure was increased due to lack of sufficient staff.
