English medium in 650 schools of Prakasam district

The State Government has decided to introduce English medium in all the government schools from this academic year in Prakasam district. 

The academic year began on June 12. In the phase 1, as many as 374 schools will introduce English medium. In the second Phase, another 254 schools will have English medium. 

The teachers and the members of the educational committees in various government schools are going round the villages to inform about them about the introduction of the English medium in government schools.
