3 drown in sea at Parawada

Visakhapatnam: Three persons drowned and another went missing  in the blue sea at Muthaylammapalem beach on Sunday. The tragedy occurred when a group of friends gathered for school reunion at Mutyalammapalem under Parawada police station limits.

According to the Parawda  police, around 15 students of 2005-06 batch of Parawada High School met at the beach to celebrate the reunion. While a few of them left around 3 pm, five of the student ventured into the blue waters, despite police warning. All of them are residents of Vennalapalem village in Parawada mandal and are about 26 years of age. 

South Zone ACP Rammohan Rao said police could rescue one Ch Sandeep. Bodies of P Mahesh, M Naresh and S Ramakrishna were retrieved. Search is on for L Narasinga Rao.
