30 Imams honoured in Vijayawada

 Vijayawada: About 30 Imams were honoured by Korada Foundation on the occasion of Eid Milap at a private hotel on Sunday evening.

The Imams were felicitated for their dedicated service at the mosques on the holy Ramzan month.Korada Foundation founder K Vijaya Kumar said that to extend brotherhood among all communities, they took the opportunity to honor the Imams of the mosques at various locations in the West Constituency of the Vijayawada. 

He said that honoring the Imams was divine blessing to him and a privilege.  He said that Iftar parties were arranged at most of the Masjids on the holy Ramzan month in the West Constituency.

On the occasion, Imams blessed Vijaya Kumar and expressed their happiness for the felicitation by the foundation. Minority leaders Hussain, Afsar, Baji Sharif and others were present.
