SRKR organises meet for engg students

Bhimavaram: Students of mechanical department from various engineering colleges participated in the 15 days workshop organised by SRKR Engineering College, Bhimavaram on the college premises.

As part of the workshop, the students of the college assembled a Jeep under the guidance of SRKR College mechanical department head Dr K Brahma Raju on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, Brahma Raju said that the students were designing on their own after the theory classes, which brings out excellent innovations and creativity from them. 

He appreciated the ex-students of mechanical branch of the college S Saideep and Raghuveer who had established a start-up company and was giving training to the students to transform them as entrepreneurs. 

He appreciated the students of Arora Club of the college for their creative skills, innovating things and exhibiting their talent.

The students of SRM University Chennai, Motupalli Engineering College, SRKR Engineering College and others participated in the workshop. 

Trainers from Delhi and IIT Kharagpur participated in the workshop. Certificates were given to the participants.

Professors A Bala Krishna, VK Viswanatha Raju, K Sitsrama Raju and others were present.
