Chandrababu Naidu distributes house pattas
Visakhapatnam: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu distributed house sites pattas to the weaker sections in the city on Thursday. It was the third phase of house sites pattas distribution in Visakhapatnam.
During 2014 elections, TDP had assured that after coming to power, pattas will be distributed to the owners who constructed houses and residing in the same house within 100 square yards of the undisputed government lands.
As per its assurance, the government already distributed pattas to 40,000 beneficiaries in the past two phases. In the third phase, the district administration prepared pattas to as many as 9,000 beneficiaries.
Speaking on the occasion, Chandrababu Naidu said that his government is working for welfare of the common man and fulfilling all the poll promises assured during the 2014 elections. The Chief Minister explained the development that took place during his tenure and implementation of welfare programmes.
Earlier, the Chief Minister inaugurated Energy India Private Limited, a solar power panels manufacturing company, in Bheemili. The company was equipped with automation technology to produce the solar panels. The unit was established at a cost of Rs 20 crore.
