Mukhyamantri Bala Suraksha vehicle launched in Guntur

​Guntur: District Collector Kona Sasidhar flagged off Mukhyamantri Bala Suraksha vehicle here on Monday. The government allotted 19 teams to Guntur district under this programme. 

The teams will check all the children below 18 years of age to identify their defects at the time of birth, disabilities, diseases and deficiencies.

Each team consists of two doctors and two ANMs. They conduct 120 children per day.  Their deficiencies will be uploaded in the software which will be sent to the DMHO for taking further action.

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu launched Mukhyamantri Bala Surakha at Vizag on June 21. The government is feeling that the screening will help the below 18 years to overcome their deficiencies
