CPM supports Kadapah bandh today

Guntur: CPM district secretary Pasam Rama Rao extended his party support to the proposed Kadapah bandh on June 27, to mount pressure on the Centre to set up a steel factory in Kadapah.

Addressing a press meet here on Tuesday, he reminded that the Centre assured a steel factory at Kadapah and separate railway zone for AP.

He demanded that the Centre fulfill promises mentioned in the state bifurcation act and extend helping hand to AP. 

He said that it was responsibility of the Centre to extend helping hand to AP.
