Govt keen on rural development, says MLA Bandaru Madhava Naidu

Mogalturu: MLA Bandaru Madhava Naidu has said development of country will be possible only when villages have sufficient infrastructure facilities.

He participated in development programmes held at different places in the mandal on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, the MLA reiterated that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was taking several measures for the overall development of villages.

The MLA inaugurated panchayat buildings constructed at a cost of Rs 15 lakh each at  Modi  and Varatippa villages, apart from Anganwadi building built at a cost of Rs 13 lakh at Varatippa.

Stating that Panchayats play a crucial role in holding government meetings for decentralization of power and developing infrastructure, the MLA said that in spite of financial crisis, the CM has sanctioned Rs 3 crore for development of 20  panchayat buildings. 

Out of which, construction of 17 panchayat buildings was completed and others would be developed soon, he said.

MPP  K Mutyala Rao, ZPTC G Nagaraju, sarpanches T Tataiah, K Pallaiah, K Kumar Babu, D Lakshmana Rao, N Bose, K Hari, D Srinu, S Trimurthulu, P Rambabu, T Srinu and others were present.
