Murder accused arrested

Nellore: Nawabpet police have arrested two accused on Tuesday, who were responsible for murder of Koduru Sai Kumar in front of a bar in Venkateswarapuram on June 16. According to Circle Inspector G Sangameswara Rao, Sai Kumar, Udatha Ganesh and Duvvuru Amarnath were having rivalries due to illegal contacts with a woman.

Ganesh attacked Sai Kumar at a bar and restaurant with lethal weapons and beer bottles with the help of Amarnath and Ramesh. He succumbed to injuries on June 16. Police yet to arrest Ramesh, who helped the duo for killing Sai, the CI said.
