Gas insulated electrical sub-station inaugurated

Visakhapatnam: Chairman and Managing Director of APEPDCL HY Dora and Commissioner of GVMC M Hari Narayanan inaugurated the newly completed the state’s first 33/11 KV gas insulated electrical sub-station under Integrated Power Development Scheme at a cost of Rs 6 crore in the city.

The sub-station will cater to the needs of 5,000 people in and around GVMC and it will increase the customer satisfaction by providing them uninterrupted power supply. V Vijayalalitha, CGM(Projects), APEPDCL, and TV Surya Prakash, superintending engineer (operations), Visakhapatnam circle, were present.
