MITS gets AAA rating from NPTEL 

Tirupati: The National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) gave AAA rating to the Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science consecutively for the fourth time.

NPTEL rates the universities and colleges based on their performance in NPTEL online certificate courses. This rating is given based on the scores attained by the students. 

There are 686 NPTEL local chapters out of which top 100 institutions get various ratings, amongst which 10 colleges are rated with ‘AAA rating’ based on the students’ performance in the online certification courses. Amongst these top 10 colleges, MITS has occupied the most coveted number one position. 

In a press meet on Thursday, Principal Dr C Yuvaraj said that the MITS secured ‘AAA rating’ with the efforts of the management, faculty and students.
