APSSDC to provide infrastructure in colleges

Rajamahendravaram: Adikavi Nannaya University (AKNU) Vice-Chancellor Prof Murru Mutyala Naidu has said that Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Centre (APSSDC) is providing infrastructure in the colleges for the benefit of the students.

The APSSDC has provided basic infrastructure in 40 affiliated colleges of the University for the year 2017-18 in two Godavari districts. Also for the academic year 2018-19 the centre decided to provide infrastructure. 

So far 60 colleges of twin Godavari districts applied in this regard out of 160 colleges in the State, he said. The centre would help to enhance the skills of students during their education.

APSSDC West Godavari Manager A Krishna Reddy asked the Vice-Chancellor to convene a meeting with the college managements and tell them about the scheme and advantages of the centre.

Prof B Jaganmohan Reddy was also present at the meeting.
