Chandrababu expresses solidarity to MP CM Ramesh’s hunger strike

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday visited the fasting camp of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MP, CM Ramesh, who is an indefinite hunger strike from the past 11 days, demanding the Centre to announce setting up of the steel plant in Kadapa.

Expressed his solidarity, Chandrababu spoke at the Deeksha where he appreciated the perseverance of CM Ramesh and MLC Btech Ravi and their commitment towards their constituency people.

He said that the TDP leaders are taking Potti Sriramulu as their inspiration and are continuing their hunger strike. Chandrababu countered the allegations of the Opposition parties and said determination and commitment is the driving force behind CM Ramesh's hunger strike. 

The Chief Minister further blamed the Central government for its mere negligence in sanctioning Steel Plant despite the provision of all the necessities by AP government.

While Btech Ravi was forcibly shifted to hospital by police by breaking his deeksha two days ago after his health condition deteriorated, CM Ramesh’s condition is also said to be getting worse.
