Teachers threaten to intensify stir
Srikakulam: Teachers threatened to intensify agitation against the government for redressal of long pending demands.
They staged a dharna in front of district educational officer’s office here on Saturday under the aegis of Andhra Pradesh Teachers Federation (APTF).
Speaking on the occasion, APTF district president Ch Atchyutha Rao and APNGOs district president H Sairam said problems would be solved only with collective fight of all employees’ unions.
They threatened to intensify their stir against the government.
APTF state secretary NV Anil Kumar, district general secretary K Bhanumurthy, district secretary Ch Srinivas, vice presidents D Veera Swamy, GV Ramana Murthy, HV Satyannarayana and teachers K Padmaja and S Chanakya were present.
