Senior TDP leaders from Tadpatri, who have recently left the party, have expressed fears that their lives are under threat from JC brothers. Bommireddy Jagadeeswar Reddy and Jayachandra Reddy, who have left the party recently, said that JC Diwakar Reddy and his brother Prabhakar Reddy could eliminate them.

They said that they were ready to prove that there was corruption of the order of Rs 200 crore in Tadpatri and that JC brothers were the kingpins. They reminded that while JC brothers were in the Congress, the TDP chief Chandrababu wrote to the then CM YSR seeking protection for them.

Bommireddy brothers said that they would now devote their energies to defeat the JC brothers in the coming elections.

Interestingly, the party high command has served a showcause notice for Bommireddy brothers on charges of anti-party activities. Though the brothers sent an explanation, the party was not satisfied. With social media going agog with the rumours that they might be sent out of the party, the brother have themselves resigned form the party. Some more party members are also likely to leave the party soon.
