YSR Remembered

Rajamahendravaram: YSRCP city coordinator Routhu Suryaprakasa Rao on Sunday said that former Chief Minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy was still alive in the hearts of the people and the people never forget his services.

Participating in Rajasekhar Reddy's birthday celebrations in the party office here, he said the six years of his rule was a golden period to the state. 

He had introduced many welfare schemes to all sections and developed the state in all fronts. 

Through Rajiv Arogyasri scheme, he saved many lives of the people by providing corporate medical aid and still lakhs of people remembering the great leader. 

Dr Rajasekhara Reddy gave importance to farming community as he was basically came from a farming family. 

Through his praja prastanam, he understood the problems of the people from grassroots level and sorted out them after he became Chief Minister.
