Youth ends life in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: Depressed with personal problems, a youth committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling in a lodge under Governorpet Police Station limits. 

According to police, K Krishnavamsi, 25, of Tenali was depressed with personal life and ended his life in a lodge in Vijayawada. The room boy on Wednesday morning noticed that Vamsi was hanging in the room. 

The lodge management informed the Governorpet police about the death of Krishnavamsi. He hailed from Tenali in Guntur district. In a suicide note purportedly written by him, Krishnavamsi said he was cheated by a girl and asked the youth not to trust women.

He said his life and career were spoiled by a girl but did not mention the name. He was also suffering from financial problems. He went to Bengaluru to work and settle there. But, due to unknown reasons, he could not work there and came back to Tenali. 

Finally, he came to Vijayawada on July 9 and took a room in Akhil Residency and found dead on Wednesday. Governorpet station house officer P Pavan Kumar Reddy has taken up the investigation. The body was sent to the government hospital for post-mortem.
