World Plastic Surgery Day observed in Chirala
Chirala: The Kamakshi Care Hospital here while observing the World Plastic Surgery Day on Thursday announced that it will perform plastic surgeries to the poor at very low budget.
The plastic surgeon Sumita Sankar participated in the free plastic surgery camp and checked the patients.
She offered suggestions and required treatment to the patients. She assured the patients to perform the surgeries to the participants in the camp at low cost. She appreciated the hospital managing director Tadivalasa Devaraju for taking the initiative to conduct the free screening camp.
Devaraju said that most of the people in Chirala were from poor families and their hospital was offering best treatment to the patients at a relatively low expenditure.
He promised the public to organize similar plastic surgery camps once in a month and offer treatment at low price.
He announced that 55 persons participated in the camp and they were suffering from burned injuries, cleft lip and minor problems with facial features.
