Meet on ‘child-friendly legal services’ on July 28

Tirupati: In a bid to educate the children about their rights and create awareness on various acts, a programme will be held on July 28 from 10 am to 1 pm at SV Engineering College at Karakambadi in Tirupati. As per the directions of the National Legal Services Authority (NLSA) to its district and mandal legal services authorities, this awareness meeting will be organised. 

Speaking to the media in Tirupati on Saturday, the Principal District Judge cum Chairman of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Junaid Ahmed Moulana has said that this programme will focus on ‘child-friendly legal services’ in which awareness on acts like POCSO, Juvenile Acts, Child marriages, child labour prohibition etc., will be created.
