Andhra University VC calls on BSF DG

Visakhapatnam: Prof.G.Nageswara Rao, Vice-Chancellor, Andhra University, met Director General of Border Security Force KK Sharma in New Delhi on Wednesday. The Director General has expressed his keen interest in collaborating with Andhra University in offering courses.

Prof.Nageswara Rao explained to the Director General about the Andhra University-Defence Joint Education Project and the courses offered to the defence personnel in Andhra University.

Sharma said that a team of BSF would be sent to Andhra University soon to discuss about the collaborative education projects. Kumar Raja, Member of the Academic Senate, and Ujjwal Kumar Ghatak, Coordinator of the AU-Defence Education Project, were present.
